ToxLab Forms 2.0 Software
ToxLab Forms 2.0 is designed specifically for the toxicology laboratory to easily meet data reviewing and reporting needs.  An intuitive user interface streamlines sample acquisition, analysis, and reporting processes, while ensuring the highest data integrity and quality.
ToxLab™ Forms 2.0 is a user-friendly layered application that provides method management, data reviewing, and automated reporting capabilities for the toxicology laboratory. This software complements the full range of GC/MS instrumentation from Thermo Scientific.

ToxLab Forms 2.0 is designed for use with Xcalibur™ software, the operating system for all Thermo Scientific mass spectrometer systems. ToxLab Forms 2.0 enhances the standard data reduction and reporting packages provided in the core Xcalibur program by providing a workflow-oriented format that lets you easily create and manage methods, program sequences, review results, and print reports. A broad selection of pre-configured report styles ensures that your data are presented in accordance with your needs. Interacting with data has never been easier, due to the innovative active reporting feature that allows you to make changes to the data which are then immediately reflected in the electronic reports.

ToxLab 2.0 Forms runs automatically from the sequence or manually from the configuration utility.

Sample Report - The sample report provides quantitation information about each compound in the sample. It shows the integration of the quantitation ion and the qualifying ions. The acceptable or allowable percent range of the qualifying ion ratios is calculated based on the values entered into the processing method and the calculation method that will be used.  Integrations of the quantitation and qualifying ions for the internal standard, along with ion ratios, are also shown. At the bottom of each page will be a pass or fail statement that is based on the ion ratio criteria set in the processing method. Other QA/QC limit reviews are also reported.  See example of Sample Report below:

  • Calibration Report - The calibration report provides a calibration curve and correlation coefficient for each compound. The sample header provides the date and time of the calibration of the method. The level name and raw data file are shown, along with the location of the files when they were used for the calibration.
  • Batch Summary Report - The batch summary report provides all integration information for each sample in the sequence. It is a spreadsheet report that shows areas, calculated amounts, and qualifying ion information for each compound along with data review flags.  It will give pass/fail information for each compound in each of the samples. It also provides signature lines for batch review.

While designed primarily for the needs of the toxicology lab, ToxLab Forms 2.0 can easily be utilized by other laboratories for quantitative reporting needs.
