Made of acetal polymer, the Tissue Cassettes are suitable for holding and identifying tissue samples in processing, embedding and sectioning procedures. The cassettes fit securely in microtome chuck adapters. These cassettes are designed to accept metal lids (Order number 1001003, 25 / pk, sold separately). Pore style is round holes. Supplied in a box of 500 cassettes. Tube Packs are supplied in 10 tubes of 75 cassettes each and can be used on the Shandon MicroWriter™ cassette labelers.
