Producing 'Real-World' CDM events, the RCDM3 provides positioning accuracy of 0.01mm. Consistent test head speeds, ground plane proximity and time between charge/discharge events assure uniform test results.

Wide-view and close-up screens from a triple-view video camera provide easy pin location and programming. The RCDM3 Windows -based application software provides a user-friendly interface for pin mapping, device definition and test plan generation.
