Micro Compression Cell with Diamond Cell Option
This cell is useful for crushing hard samples,such as rigid polymers and minerals. It comes with two 2 mm diameter diamond windows mounted in holders 13mm diameter and a window insertion tool. The cell is also useful for crushing soft, elastomeric samples, and requires the purchase of two 13mm diameter windows.

A variety of infrared-transmitting materials (such as NaCl, KBr and BaF2) is available to accommodate specific application requirements.

The Micro Compression Diamond Cell and the Micro Compression Cell are sample holders used to flatten and crush samples for transmission analysis.
