The HAAKE PolyDrive is a torque rheometer equipped with a mixing tool for testing thermal and shear behavior of production batches and new formulations or preparing samples for further evaluation. The PolyDrive extruder technology is specially designed for extrusion applications. Operated with a large-scale LCD display, it provides process data as melt temperature, melt pressure and torque. Combined with specific accessories such as extruder barrel, screws, dies and feeding units it can be utilized for a wide range of applications: Pelletizing. Color matching on a flat band. Sheet and blow film extrusion. Wire coating. Pipe extrusion. Medical tubing extrusion.
