Channelizers and Carrier Rejects
The Thermo Fisher Channelizers and Lane Dividers are free-standing units that segregate one product line into as many as five lines to separate products into pre-determined batches. Channelizers find application wherever line dividing is required ahead of equipment such as case packers, wrappers and freezers or wherever products require segregation by weight or other product characteristics.
Thermo Scientific Channelizers and Lane Dividers are free-standing units that segregate one product line into as many as five lines to separate products into pre-determined batches.

Carrier Rejects receive signals from inspection devices and separate products into as many as five lines based on weight classification or other product characteristics. This reject style is particularly useful when dealing with products such as ready-meals where spillage is a concern with conventional reject devices.

Three models of Channelizers and Carrier Rejects are available to serve Standard-Duty, Medium-Duty or Heavy-Duty line dividing needs where the operating environment is very hostile.

Standard-Duty Unit - Suitable for smaller products running at moderate line speeds.

Medium-Duty Unit - Suitable for larger products at high line speeds.

Heavy-Duty Unit - Suitable for very large products at very high speeds.

Channelizers find application wherever line dividing is required ahead of equipment such as case packers, wrappers and freezers.  PLC-based pattern-forming controls provide for balanced or unbalanced count to multiple lanes. Automatic lane switching controls handle surge or  product back-up conditions.

Carrier Rejects find application wherever products require segregation by weight or other product characteristics. Up to five lanes of classification by weight allow close control of make-weight operations or narrow-weight range lot shipments.

Available options include full washdown capability and a wide variety of options to ensure smooth product handling.
