Since the system is completely non-intrusive, it is not affected by pressure, viscosity, corrosives, or abrasives.  The system simply mounts around the existing process pipe.  This eliminates the need for pipe modification and process downtime during installation. 

For ease of installation, the ConsistencyPRO combines an improved scintillation-based detector with the power of a "smart" transmitter in an explosion proof housing.
