ProTrace incorporates a fully functional, fan-driven column oven accommodating both capillary and packed columns. It brings laboratory standard performance to the rack-mounted online analyzer environment.

Designed for automatic analysis of UHP industrial and specialty gases as well as other gases, the ProTrace features comprehensive sample and column switching valve facilities. Rugged analog gas controls with front panel pressure gauges offer accurate and stable control of carrier and detector gases. For trace gas analyzers with PDID, UHP pressure regulators with VCR fittings are supplied.

The Windows^?-based ProTrace Data Station software provides total control of oven temperatures and valve operating times. It uses a simple, menu-driven user interface. Data from up to three fully independent detector channels can be processed. Full color chromatograms can be overlaid for comparison of different runs. ProLink software provides simplified user interfaces for plant operators and seamless connection of the ProTrace analyzer to plant process control systems.
