瑞美RM215 X射线测厚仪
The RM 215 series of X-ray thickness gauges improves production quality by real-time feedback of absolute or deviation-from-target thickness measurements. . These measurements can be used for manual, AGC or adaptive control of the mill. Faster mill set-up time optimizes mill processes with increased energy savings to the customer. The high speed measurement and statistical data are invaluable for mill control.
The RM 215 is built on a flexible electronics platform that provides the user with the ability to select the ideal sensor not only for their application, but also take advantage of existing spare parts inventory.  The gauge is ideally suited for both hot and cold mills where the high-speed measurement and statistical data are invaluable.

For reversing mills and other applications where entry and exit thickness measurements are required, the RM 215 D is a cost competitive solution using one electronics cabinet to control two C-frames. The RM 215 platform sets the standard for accurate, reliable thickness measurement on a flexible electronics platform.
