- Own monthly corporate financial statements, quarterly, annual supplementary package in Hyperion and the statutory statements to the local government;
- Support the financial planning and analysis processes, including partnering with divisional and functional teams in the development of annual operating plans, monthly forecasting, etc;
- Support and coordinate the monthly and quarterly business review processes and annual operating plans.
- Work with the division finance to provide guidance to enable sound decision making (e.g. monthly expense analysis, product line profitability, efficiency metrics, etc.);
- Work with the internal auditors on SOX audit of the commercial operations (revenue recognition, financial reporting, controlling…);
- Manages performance through monthly balance sheet accounts reviews
- Driving continuous improvement and standardization in the finance area including reduction in closing cycles, forecast accuracy, etc;
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE):
- Degree in Accountancy with around 3 years’ experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Have business acumen and judgment and able to think strategically about business issues
- Business analysis and reporting skills
- Be adaptable, resilient, accurate and rigorous, inquisitive and probing, courageous, assertive and influential
- Proactive team player with a high level of initiatives with the ability to interact positively with staff at all levels, demonstrating good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Capable of demonstrating discretion and independent judgment
- Business driven, willing to interact and meet with different colleagues. Able to establish rapport relationship with colleague.
